Good value with comfortable stay
Location, close to airport and outlet malls. Lots of restaurants close by. Hot spring bath. Good size room for the price. Free shuttle bus to airport specially for an early morning flight.
Facilities is showing the age, needs some new renovation.

OK, good and value for money if not for that unfortunate incident.
The room we were given was good. It was a corner room with good outside view. Room size was OK also.
The receptionist was curt and loud, uncharacteristic of a Japanese lady. She told me my room number wrongly (1401). The key given to me opened that room door (1401) and when we went in. We unpacked and then realized that it wasn't a double, but a single. We asked for extra towels and pillows. When the attendant came in, he asked for our room key. He was shocked we could get in, because the room key is for 1407 (which is rightly a double room). We had to repack and move to 1407. Here, I think they also have a security problem.
